1.Applications must be submitted via https://forms.gle/ dyBZ69Xe31X5qs7r7. Furthermore, the application form should include a domicile, PRC Form D, and other attested copies of the necessary degrees/certificates, two copies of the applicant's CNIC, three passport-size photographs, and a copy of the screenshot of the result card from the Sukkur IBA Testing Service. All of these documents must be sent to the Directorate General (Monitoring & Evaluation), Bungalow No. C-98, KDA Scheme No.5, Block -02, Clifton, Karachi, within 30 days of the publication of the advertisement.
2.The cut-off date must be met in order for the necessary degree, domicile, and PRC Form D to be issued. Furthermore, the domicile and PRC Form D must be consistent with the information submitted to the Sukkur IBA Testing Service.
3.Age concessions shall be granted in accordance with the laws set by the Government. Positions in regional offices shall be contingent on the district and shall be non-displacable. The DG (M&E) and SE&LD Head Office spots shall be filled by Urban/Rural quota in adherence with the laws of the Government of Sindh.
4.According to the policy and regulations of the Government of Sindh, it is compulsory to uphold the quotas reserved for Women, Differently Abled persons and Minorities. Existing Government employees must adhere to the standard protocol and apply through the official channels. It should be taken into account that applications will not be accepted if they are submitted in-person.
5.The department has the power to alter the amount of posts in any district according to the need assessment. If the data is incorrect, applicants will not be considered for selection.
