2.Candidates must submit a completed application form, along with a Curriculum Vitae (C.V.), copies of CNIC, Domicile Certificate, Matric/Intermediate/Graduation/Master etc. Academic Certificates/Transcripts (both sides), experience letters/certificates, training certificates, a NOC from any government department they are currently working for (if applicable), retirement orders containing SOS/SOD issued by the MS Branch GHQ and two recent passport size photographs directly to.

3.The Director General of Recruitment at B-26 WAPDA House in Lahore must receive this courier/postal within fifteen days.
