1.The Punjab Prisons Foundation Lahore is a Private Organization that pays its employees a fixed lumpsum salary. All roles are appointed on a contract basis with a tenure of one year; thus, employees have no right to claim permanent positions.
2.Candidates selected for the position must be domiciled in Punjab and will be expected to serve in a jail of their choosing, or as specified by the Competent Authority. Additionally, they must meet the maximum age limit as detailed previously for each role.
3.For those interested in applying for multiple positions, an individual application must be submitted for each post. Necessary documents to accompany the application include a copy of one's ID card, domicile, educational/experience certificates, and two passport-sized photos, which should be sent via courier to the Secretary General of Punjab Prisons Foundation Lahore at the provided address.
4.Applications that are not complete in all aspects or are sent in after the office hours on the closing date will not be accepted. They must be submitted by June 30th, 2023. The Testing Service will separately distribute roll numbers to the candidates at least seven days before the test.
5.In the event that an excessive number of applicants pass the screening exam, the Punjab Prisons Foundation in Lahore reserves the right to choose a specific cutoff mark/ ratio of candidates in relation to the post they are vying for. Only the most qualified applicants will be selected to attend the test and interview; those who qualify will not be given a TA/DA allowance for their appearance.
6.The department reserves the authority to accept, reject, or revoke any application for recruitment without the need to explain their rationale. Moreover, the number of vacancies is subject to change at any given time with no prior notification. It is important for candidates to clearly indicate the post and location they are applying for.
