1.Those who have earned a valid degree from an accredited institute along with accompanying certificate(s) are the only applicants eligible to take part in the recruitment process for the advertised posts. Nevertheless, the Secretariat retains the authority to halt the selection procedure in full or in part at any juncture.
2.Only suitable applicants will be invited to take the written test, with those passing being eligible to move onto the interview stage. Unfortunately, no expenses will be covered for attending either the test or the interview.
3.Candidates who applied for the posts advertised on 20.12.2022 must submit a new application; however, those applicants who were within the age limit on 03.01.2023 and are now overage on the closing date of the new advertisement will receive an upper age limit relaxation if they wish to apply for the same posts.
4.Applications must be filled out and signed prior to the cut-off date of 12/07/2013 and submitted via post to the Section Officer (Establishment-1) at the National Assembly Secretariat in Islamabad. Original documents will be requested during the interview and copies of credentials such as photos, degrees, certificates, transcripts, and CNIC must be included with the application.
5.Applicants can submit separate applications for multiple positions; however, any forms that are incomplete or received past the designated deadline will not be accepted.
