1.The HR-Section, Registrar Office, Admin Block, 1st Floor, Room #104 of Hafiz Hayat Campus, University of Gujrat should receive all job applications before 17th July 2023. Submissions should include the advertisement, Employment Verification Proforma (EVP).
2.Applications submitted to the University of Gujrat's website (www.uog.edu.pk) will be the only ones accepted; you can find the Publication Verification Proforma form for download there.
3.Applicants are required to submit four sets of documents if applying for the post of Associate Professor, or two sets if applying for the post of Assistant Professor. This must include the University of Gujrat (UOG) application form, attested copies of the candidate's academic degrees and detailed marks certificates, both sides, that are verified by Higher Education Commission (HEC) or other relevant board. In addition, experience certificates, duly verified by the previous employers as mentioned in the 'Employment Certification Format' should also be included.
4.Each application form must include the "Verification Proforma," NOC (if necessary), proof of domicile, CNIC, and recent passport size photographs for it to be considered complete. If any applicant fails to provide the required sets, their application will be automatically rejected.
5.All applicants vying for the position of Associate Professor are expected to include soft copies of their credentials in the form of four DVDs. These should be labeled appropriately and contain folders that list their Academic Credentials, Experience Certificates, and Publications, among others, alongside their applications/dossiers.
