1.A competitive salary package will be assigned based on qualification, capability, and experience, with age not serving as a hindrance for potential employees.
2.Prospective candidates may submit their applications and resumes to the given postal address for vacancies 10-13, or they may apply through the NUMS job portal, accessible at http://careers.numspak.edu.pk. Application forms are available on the same page.
3.A non-refundable fee must be deposited at Habib Bank Ltd in NUMS account and uploaded as proof of payment through the NUMS job portal for posts at Serial No. 1-7 and 14 ($1500) Serial No. 8, 15 to 18 ($1000) and Serial No. 9 ($500). There is no fee for Serial No. 10 to 13. A separate fee must be paid for each post, and applications without payment will not be considered.
4.Applications must be submitted by 19th June 2023 to be considered. Any incomplete applications will be automatically declined. The University reserves the right to accept or deny any application as well as modify the number of posts being offered with no explanation given.
5.The University will contact only the pre-selected candidates for testing and interviewing, and its judgement will be binding in all scenarios. Additionally, part-time, honorary, apprentice, intern, and freelance experiences will not be taken into consideration when gauging the required minimal experience.
6.Those who are currently employed in government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations must resign or acquire a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer before they can join, in the event of selection.
7.No Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance will be given for any examination or interview; only educational qualifications that have been approved and certified by HEC will be considered for every vacancy.
8.In compliance with the NUMS Statutes, any stipulations not featured in the terms and conditions stated will be handled accordingly.
