1.The aspirants must submit two fully completed applications with attested copies of their qualifications, a photograph for each set, and an original Bank Challan/ online deposit slip that is paid to the Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan account no. 0010044238650022 (Allied Bank, Azmat Road Branch) in the sum of two hundred rupees for the post.

2.Applicants can find the necessary forms on Ghazi University's website (www.gudek.edu.pk). Forms can also be acquired from the office of the contact person in charge.

3.The candidates who are summoned to the test/interview will not be provided with travel allowance and daily allowance. Applications must be delivered through Registered Mail/Courier; submissions that are done in-person will not be taken into account.

4.When sending an application for a position, it should be clearly stated in the upper right-hand corner of the envelope. If an individual is applying for more than one post, they must submit multiple applications and the necessary processing fee to the University's designated account.

5.During this 89 day period, those appointed to the DPL posts will not be eligible to demand their employment to be extended or permanent. Furthermore, the University holds the rights to decide on these matters.
