1.According to the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993, an extension of five years over the mandated age limit may be granted.
2.Individuals wishing to apply may do so via the ECP Online Recruitment System at either www.ecp.pk or jobs.ecp.gov.pk within twenty days of the advertisement's publication in the press.
3.Candidates utilizing the online job application platform must additionally send in their forms physically.
4.Applicants should submit their hard copy of the application in the prescribed format along with CVs, relevant educational and experience certificates, a copy of CNIC, and a recent passport size photograph to the given address. Please write the position applied for on the envelope. Submissions after the cutoff date will not be accepted.
5.Only those short-listed candidates will be contacted for a test interview, and no expenses or allowances (TA/DA) will be provided for attendance. The amount of vacancies being announced may rise or fall at any time. The decision to partially or wholly cancel the advertised position lies solely with the Authorized Entity. Applicants must be willing to serve anywhere within the country, should the need arise.
