1.The required credentials and relevant background information for every type of post can be accessed through SHC&ME Department's official website and https://adhoc-shome.pshealthpunjab.gov.pk.
2.Applicants must complete their applications through the online portal before 12:00 am on 05.07.2023. Detailed instructions are available to guide the candidates through the application process.
3.Ineligible applicants will not be considered for the interview, and neither documents submitted through post nor in person will be accepted.
4.It is strongly recommended that all applicants bring their official records and documents with them to the interview. Both males and females from Punjab are eligible to apply.
5.To complete their online application, candidates must provide attested copies of their educational qualifications (Matric, F.Sc., MBBS and their yearly transcripts), experience certificates, two passport-size photos, domicile certificate and CNIC. For employees of government, semi-government or autonomous organizations, the recruitment must be completed with their respective departments and NOCs. As per the Punjab Government's Recruitment Policy 2022, all quotas will be applied.
6.According to the policy of the Government of Punjab, allowances can be made to certain age groups. Submissions that are incomplete will not be considered and automatically declined. The number of positions may fluctuate without prior notification. Travelling and accommodation expenses will not be covered for the interviews.
